The Bridge Home is a fictional but easy to relate book, written by American- Indian author Padma Venkatraman. She graduated from William and Mary University in Oceanology and she’s now working in Rhode Island University. She likes writing just as much as Science and Maths. She’s also known for her other famous works such as… Read more

This is me, a typical 7th grade student. Not so typical actually. In here, my friends are taking photos for a project of their own. And that means using a… Read more
A New Menace
How’s it going guys? My name is Hai Minh and today I’m going to review a movie called The Lego Movie: The Second Part.
The movie itself is an Animated-Comedy film, however, it doesn’t take home any awards whatsoever. It was released in 2019.
The movie was directed by Mike Mitchell, who is also famous for other animated movies such as Shrek Forever After and Trolls.
The main characters of this are Emmet Brickowski, an everyday man and construction worker of the town that he lives called Bricksburg that is voiced by Chris Pratt and Wyldstyle, his presumably girlfriend voiced by Elizabeth Banks. The story takes place in a fictional world calledBricksburg, created by their owner Finn in an unidentified period of time. In the first part, the city was attacked by an army of alien-unicorn Duplos, and so Emmet had to surrender.Their society was destroyed, therefore, in order to restore humanity, he has to find his own self again. Since that, he has been to many weird dimensions, and he ended up meeting a strange character…As for what’s next, you’ll just have to see the movie.
I think the voice actors did a really good job at bringing the characters to life. For example, Emmet. Chris Pratt is well-known for being a tough guy, but he just turns soft in order to blend with Emmet’s personality.
For the pros, it’s has an interesting idea of using Legos as characters . Also, it blends well with real life actors and animated characters. My only criticism is that the villain came from the same company that created the good guys. Overall, this still gets a 5/5 for me.
